Barts Health and the North East London Maternal Medicine Network are extremely excited to offer a developmental opportunity for an experienced midwife to join the Royal London Hospital team. We are seeking a confident midwife with experience in caring for high-risk women and birthing people who is able to join our team for four days (30 hours, 0.8WTE) a week on a fixed term basis for one year. This developmental role is suited to a midwife with a passion for improving outcomes in high-risk maternity services, tackling healthcare inequalities, and for multidisciplinary team working. This midwife must be able to advocate for service-users in a medical setting and to bring midwifery expertise to an MDT. To ensure cover of the maternal medicine service, this midwife will be required to work on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
