Mathematics Lead & Class Teacher

Masterminds Education is seeking an exceptional Mathematics Lead Teacher & Group Advocate to support students across the primary and lower secondary years in a small, boutique learning environment.

The program currently serves a small student body of approximately 30 students, organized into cohorts of around 5–6 children. This allows teachers to deliver highly individualized instruction, closely monitor progress, and build meaningful relationships with each student.

This role is ideal for a strong Mathematics teacher who is also capable of working with students across multiple areas of learning. The role is intentionally not designed as a narrowly single-subject Mathematics position. The successful candidate will bring strong Mathematics expertise while also serving as a Group Advocate for one or more student groups, teaching selected additional subjects aligned with their strengths and supporting interdisciplinary learning.
