A well-established and high-performing 11–18 secondary school on the outskirts of Mansfield is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher of Mathematics from January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT seeking a stable, well-supported start in a school with strong behaviour, clear routines and a calm working environment.
About the Role
You will teach Maths across KS3–KS4, with the opportunity to gradually build confidence toward KS5 teaching as your induction progresses. The department follows a well-sequenced, mastery-informed curriculum that emphasises fluency, reasoning and problem-solving, making it particularly supportive for new teachers.
