Job overview
The post holder will be responsible for the daily operations of the maternity ultrasound department, managing workload, workflow and staff to deliver a professional, high quality, responsive and effective service at all times. They will take responsibility for; budget holding, recruitment, appraisal, KPI performance and all other HR responsibilities related to running the department.
In conjunction with the Lead Consultantthe post holder will; maintain statistics, contribute to activity reports, review and revise scanning techniques, implement protocols and be responsible for practice to improve the service.
