M&E Engineer

Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain the performance of M&E systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues before they escalate. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve any issues related to M&E systems. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to carry out repairs, upgrades, and maintenance tasks, ensuring work is performed on time, within budget, and in compliance with health and safety standards. Assist in the design and installation of new M&E systems for building projects or renovations. Ensure that all building systems comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, including local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental policies. Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
