Job Description
The M&E Manager is fully responsible for the execution of project as leader to M&E team member assigned under his care and mentoring. Responsible for both engineering (technical) and project management (production) of M&E services on site.
Job Responsibilities
- To lead project M&E team consist of and not limited to M&E coordinators, site supervisors, BIM modellers and M&E QS (if any).
- To liaise and attending meeting with client project management, employer’s representatives, project consultants and resident engineer/technical officer for project design and coordination.
- To liaise and coordinate with relevant technical agencies eg SPPG, PUB, LTA, SCDF, etc to facilitate interfacing, services connection and compliance.
- To lead and manage appointed nominated and domestic sub-contractors, direct vendors, etc to meet the intended coordination, timeline and quality to the contract requirements.
