M&E Supervisor

Coordinate and assist in the daily operation of the M&E services such as carrying out all planned maintenance schedules and periodic inspection, and up-keep of the common area. Conduct daily checks on the ground to ensure that the common areas are well maintained. Conduct daily check on the other common property not maintained by a term contractor to ensure their soundness and proper maintenance. Receive and attend to complaints and owners on common area only. Advise and assist whenever possible, complaints beyond the Corporation's purview (this refers to problems to individual units.) Manage and supervise the technician, Admin Assistant and the service providers to ensure they perform to the standing orders set out. To attend to other matters that maybe assigned from time to time.
