Summary:


El Rio Grande is looking for an experience Meat Cutter (Butcher) with outstanding butcher skills to join our company. In this role, you will break down beef, pork, poultry, and other meat products into varying cuts before weighing to sell. The Meat Cutter must follow all refrigeration safety and manufacturing sanitation guidelines. As a Meat Cutter, you are encouraged to provide customers with advice about cooking techniques.

Responsibilities:
