Job Description

The key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Operate and assist with the running of the processing plant lines (sausages, emulsions, ham & bacon) including fillers, injectors, smokers and related equipment.
  • Work on production systems to meet output, yield and quality targets.
  • Understand and apply meat‐cutting, part selection and basic butchery processing (e.g., distinguishing between cuts such as leg of pork vs oxtail).
  • Support maintenance and cleaning of equipment and line as per operational schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP and GMP standards in the production area.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance / control team to maintain product standards and traceability.
  • Be willing to learn, adapt and grow in a manufacturing environment; participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
