A long‑established manufacturer of bespoke industrial lifting equipment is looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join their close‑knit engineering team, with clear progression into senior roles.

What you'll be doing

• Managing the full product lifecycle for bespoke industrial lifting solutions
• Leading projects, producing 2D/3D CAD designs, and completing stress calculations and testing
• Working across Rail, Construction, Aerospace, Offshore and other industrial sectors
• Meeting customers to understand technical requirements and develop tailored solutions
• Collaborating with quality, engineering and technical sales teams
