Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator (Construction)

Responsibilities . Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, andvendors to prepare, review, and submit shop drawings, technical submissions,RFIs, and method statements. . Assist the M&E Engineer in planning andsequencing M&E works to avoid clashes and ensure smooth integration witharchitectural and structural trades. . Review M&E drawings and compare them withother disciplines to identify discrepancies, clashes, and constructabilityissues before work execution. . Liaise closely with subcontractors to ensurematerial procurement schedules, delivery timelines, and installation plans meetthe project requirements. . Attend coordination, technical, and sitemeetings to follow up on M&E issues and provide updates on outstandingitems and progress. . Monitor site progress of M&E works andprovide technical guidance to supervisors and subcontractor teams to ensurecompliance with approved drawings and specifications. .
