Job Description

​CORE Construction Group is an international construction company specialized in fit-out and interior construction projects, delivering retail and commercial developments across multiple countries. 
We are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer – Cost Estimator to strengthen our pre-construction and cost management team, supporting international fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of cost estimates and budgets for fit-out projects
Analysis of mechanical scope (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection)
Review of drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns
Request and evaluation of subcontractor and supplier offers
Comparison of offers and value engineering proposals
Cost coordination with Project Managers and Site Teams
