Job Summary
We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in mechanical product development for thermal or fluid-based systems. The role focuses on the design, validation, and technical leadership of Coolant Distribution Units (CDU), supporting both new product introduction and customer-specific projects. It combines engineering ownership with collaboration across global teams and suppliers, with full lifecycle responsibility for subsystems and modules within CDUs, from concept through production launch.
Collaborate with thermal, electrical, and controls engineering teams, as well as operations, supply chain, and test groups, to ensure designs meet performance, cost, and quality targets. Ideal for engineers who take initiative, enjoy mentoring others, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
