Mechanical Designer (MEP) – Raleigh, NC

We are seeking a Mechanical Designer to support the design of HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial and healthcare projects. This role collaborates with engineers and project teams to deliver high-quality construction documents.

Responsibilities:
Develop HVAC and plumbing system layouts using CAD/BIM software

Prepare construction drawings, schedules, and details

Perform load calculations and equipment sizing

Coordinate designs with electrical, structural, and architectural teams

Review submittals and assist during construction administration

Ensure designs comply with codes and project requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

EIT or PE preferred but not required

2-20 years of MEP design experience
