You'll use your industry expertise to coach trainees, helping them build essential engineering hand skills and confidence within a structured learning environment.

This is a training‑focused role, but prior teaching experience is not required. Full teacher training delivered on site and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed‑what matters most is your passion, enthusiasm, and ability to engage and inspire learners throughout their journey. Full‑time role, 37.5 hours a week (Monday‑Friday)
