Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Estimator position include:

5–10+ years of mechanical, HVAC, or commercial construction estimating experience preferred

Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including chiller work, VRF systems, tonnage, budgeting, and negotiated work
