Mechanical / Fixed Plant Fitter

AWX have opportunities for experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our team in Mt Isa, QLD. Offering FIFO from Brisbane, Townsville & Cairns.

You'll be working with a provider known for delivering workforce and maintenance solutions across mining, construction and industrial operations. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency and quality outcomes.

What We're Looking For
• Trade qualification for Mechanical Fitter
• Experience working on fixed and mobile plant - shutdowns and ongoing maintenance
• At least 2 year's experience in fixed plant installation and maintenance, including material handling systems such as conveyors, crushers, screens, and chutes.
• Safety-focused, reliable, and a strong team player

Key Details
• Pay rate $60/ hr flat rate + super
• 2/1 roster with potential for extended swings (3/1 or 4/1)
• FIFO -Townsville, Cairns or Brisbane
• Shifts may extend up to 12 hours
