**What You'll Do**

+ You will take the process Technical Ownership – Mixing: Serve as the primary Technical Engineer for the Mixing process domain in Asia Pacific.
+ You will own Mixing process technical performance and standards, ensuring solutions meet requirements for capacity, quality, safety, stability, and manufacturability across the equipment lifecycle.
+ You will be capital Project Technical Leadership: Lead Mixing process technical scope in capital projects, including requirements definition, technical reviews, and process-level FAT/SAT and commissioning readiness.
+ You will collaborate with Project Managers and Automation teams to support successful project execution and start-up.
+ You will be responsible to supplier Qualification & Value Engineering (BCC): You will technically assess and support qualification of Mixing equipment suppliers, including new, local, or alternative sources.
