About the job Mechanical Procurement Engineer
Responsibilities.
- Under the direction of the Facilities Management (FM) ProcurementLead, help develop the operator market outreach act the procurementartifacts.
- Help develop the FM Operators specific requirements and support the development of the procurement technical standards
- Development and verification of RFQ packages
- Prepare selected tender lists and undertake Pretender selection.
- Prepare and float RFP to arrange submissions.
- Review and answer any tender queries.
- Receive bid submissions.
- Preparation of technical and commercial evaluation
- Evaluate and advise on commercial term negotiations submitted received from potential FM Operators.
- Attend bid and technical meetings and raise clarifications.
- Evaluate FM Operators proposals including specifications, drawings and contract documents and financial submissions.
