Job Description

The Role

We have an excellent opportunity for a mechanical services design engineer with proven work experience to join the Briggs and Forrester Living design team based at our head office in Northampton. The role will include working on a range of residential projects including high rise residential developments, student accommodation and hotels. Working in a vibrant fast paced environment, we are looking for the right candidate who is adaptable and eager to work within a dedicated team.


Responsibilities: 

  • Develop designs from various stages through to BSRIA Stage 6.

  • Work with our estimating team to assist with the production of tenders for design and build projects.

  • Work with our BIM team to assist in the development of spatially coordinated 3D models and 2D drawings.

  • Work with our project teams to assist through installation and commissioning phases, up to project handover.
