First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic International Defence business who are looking to recruit a Mechanical Supervisor on a permanent basis due to growth to be based at their Anglesey depot.


As a Mechanical Supervisor, your expertise ensures the safety, reliability, and performance of cutting-edge aircraft, making a real impact in a highly specialised environment.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review operational performance of aircraft systems and components.

  • Analyse and diagnose faults, apply technical knowledge to repair, modify, or improve procedures.

  • Ensure team meets maintenance schedules, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.

  • Maintain personal and team competencies for aircraft/component work.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and proactive attitude, follow direction appropriately.
