Job Description

 The Final Product Area Lead ensures the Gravity Concentrator System is maintained and operates efficiently to achieve the required gold recovery rate. They provide technical advice and support to Metallurgy, Engineering, Concentrator Operations, and SFP Maintenance as needed. This includes following the maintenance program within budget, overseeing improvements, and identifying new opportunities during maintenance activities.
  The key responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to): 
 Demonstrate a strong commitment by performing Safe Work execution
 Willingness to learn and be a part of a team
 Set maintenance strategies, frequency, and durations to minimise planned downtime
 Maximise equipment availability and performance through planned, unplanned, and opportune maintenance
 Monitoring and reporting on status of equipment
 Assist with shutdown, co-ordination, and execution
