JOB TITLE: FACILITIES MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
REPORTS INTO: FACILITIES LEAD TECHNICIAN
ABOUT THE ROLE:
A multi-disciplinary role supporting the facilities management within London Client sites.
To effectively deliver the day to day maintenance and operation of the plant within a multi skilled engineering team in accordance with best practice and JLL standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Read blueprints/instructions and examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary
- In liaison with the Facilities Lead Technician for the site to ensure the site is operated in accordance with local legislation.
