Responsibilities
- Own the mechanical maintenance responsibility for production lines and auxiliary equipment.
- Operate during your shift, ensuring safety compliance, and support the “Run to Standard” culture.
- Implement the Maintenance Roadmap, follow 5S, and maintain standard conditions.
- Act as the first mechanical resource for trouble‑shooting on site.
- Support the manufacturing business unit to achieve goals and sustain high DOM participation.
- Enforce company safety policies, maintain housekeeping, and communicate effectively with the production team.
