Job Description
We are seeking a Lifting Technician to join our expanding operations team. You will support our Authorised Examiners (AE) and Competent Persons (CP) in the inspection, load testing and certification of lifting equipment and gear across client sites.
Job Responsibilities- Load testing of lifting systems — static (anchor points, lifelines, davits), dynamic (cranes, hoists, winches) and proof load tests — including on-site rig setup, test execution and documentation for MOM-compliant certification.
- Visual inspection and load testing of lifting gear: shackles, hooks, wire ropes, slings, lifting beams, spreader bars, chain blocks and rigging, and apply tamper-evident tags upon certification.
- Inspect and test lifting equipment: chain & lever blocks, fishpole hoists, overhead/pillar/davit cranes, vehicle-mounted cranes (1T–25T) and lorry loaders with articulating arms.
