Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform corrective/preventive maintenance on machinery/equipment to ensure optimum operating conditions
- Perform checks, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on all machinery and equipment
- Perform machine and equipment installation and fitting works
- Perform gas cutting and welding works
- Monitor spare parts inventory and provide updates to the engineer
- Update and collaborate with the engineer on planning for any major equipment issues
- Update breakdown reports in the Computerised Maintenance Management System
- Ensure safety procedures and protocols are followed at all times
- Assist in root cause analysis of recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions to improve machine reliability
