Mechanical/HVAC Engineer- Datacenter

JOB PURPOSE

Operation Maintenance of Mechanical HVAC infrastructures within DC: Chiller system, TES system, Pump system, Plumbing system, FWUs, IRUs, DX units, VRF, VRVs, Fire Pump, Sprinkler system, diesel Generators etc and all associated systems. Also to ensure integrity, high availability to ensure maximum performance and efficiency. Prepare SOPs for all mechanical services. Manage specialist subcontractors - Mechanical.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organise and prepare preventive maintenance shutdown works for mechanical equipment and systems including potable water, fire sprinkler, diesel generator, chiller systems, AHU systems, FCU units and split AC.
• Organise and prepare mechanical system repair modification shutdown works.
• Carry out routine checks and logs; provide reports of the status of mechanical infrastructure.
• Prepare requisitions for materials required for maintenance and repair.
