**Maintenance Technician Position Summary - $32.50/HR (openings in Louisville, KY & Shepherdsville, KY)**
The Maintenance Technician supports operations by maintaining and repairing material handling and automated systems while ensuring equipment reliability and safety.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Repair and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems
+ Install and service automated packaging and distribution equipment
+ Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
+ Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
+ Mentor junior technicians and support maintenance activities
+ Ensure safety standards and risk controls are followed
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with maintenance, conveyors, and automation systems
+ Knowledge of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
