Job Description
**Role:**
The technicians support the installation, preventative maintenance and repair of hardware and software. They are the first escalation point for any issues that arise from the digitization/capture equipment and support the operations team to reduce downtime of machines to a minimum. They are also responsible for identifying and fixing hardware and software issues themselves or escalating them.

• Test: Test machines and systems to ensure they function as intended
