Position Responsibilities:
Together with Agency Business Development (ABD) and branch/district leader to prepare plan and strategy to achieve sharia sales, recruitment, and activations in the designated area also to review and monitor its execution in regular basis.Together with Agency Executives to ensure sales team have obtained sharia training before conducting sales as mandated by regulation and review sharia training materials in regular basis.Together with distribution communication to create sharia communication plan and strategy, prepare the materials such as sharia campaigns, event, knowledge, etc., as well as to distribute the promotion material to each supported area.Establish a good relationship with sales team in agency and Bancassurance in designated area along with giving support to any initiative and activity to open new potential sharia leads/market.Answering sales team inquiries and escalate any issue related shari...
