Job Description

**Responsibilities**

+ Manage end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic platforms for multiple clients
+ Own campaign performance — from planning and budget allocation to optimisation and reporting
+ Lead, review, and mentor executives
+ Present performance insights and strategic recommendations directly to clients
+ Support new business pitches with media plans and budget projections
+ Stay ahead of platform updates and industry trends

**Qualifications**

+ 3–6 years in performance marketing, with agency experience preferred
+ Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio
+ Strong analytical skills and a track record of driving ROAS/CPA improvements
+ Excellent client communication and presentation skills
+ Experience leading or mentoring a team
+ Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
