Job Description

• Receive and assess customer complaints for regulatory reporting
• Act as primary contact for customers and manage cases end-to-end
• Follow up on missing information and coordinate product returns
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve and close complaints
• Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards
• College graduate (any course) with 1 year of international voice BPO experience.
• Medical Allied graduate (BSN, Pharmacist, PT preferred) – experience not required.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City and on night/shifting schedules.
