Medical Assistant (Student Health and Well-Being Primary Care) - #Staff

Student Health & Well-Being Primary Care (SHWB PC) is recruiting a **_Medical Assistant_** to work 5 days a week (40 hours per week) at the primary care clinic at either the East Baltimore or Homewood campus. The Medical Assistant will also provide cross coverage across all SHWB clinic sites. This position reports directly to the Associate Director of Primary Care at East Baltimore or Homewood, dependent upon the primary worksite.

The Medical Assistant (MA) provides vital support functions, including, but not limited to, rooming, intake, vitals, point of care tests, EKGs, vaccine and medication administration, phlebotomy, support for in-office procedures, and care gap management. The MA functions under the direct supervision and authority of the provider when performing clinical tasks during patient care.
