To provide excellent customer service and clinical care for patients of the UTRGV School of Medicine / UT Health Rio Grande Valley using interpersonal skills for oral, written and listening skills in Spanish and English. Description of Duties •To intake patients into clinic setting by obtaining vital signs, surgical/medical history, chief complaint, medications, and allergies. Document appropriately in the Electronic Health record.•Report all pertinent findings to inter-professional team. Prepare charts as necessary for next scheduled clinic, provide physician with all necessary test results, lab results and medical records as requested. Answer all messages from patients by clinic policy, triaging calls, handle all medication refills or request via clinic policy.
