In this role, you’ll provide high‑quality phone and administrative support to patients from primary care clinics across the United States—helping them understand their medical bills, payment options, and account information with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient phone calls related to billing inquiries and payment requests.
• Assist patients in understanding medical bills, account statements, balances, and payment options.
• Guide patients through online payment processes or provide instructions for alternative payment methods (such as mailing checks).
• Provide cost estimates for procedures and services when applicable.
