Description We are looking for a detail-focused Medical Billing/Claims/Collections specialist to support revenue cycle performance in Idaho. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can navigate payer requirements, resolve claim issues efficiently, and help accelerate reimbursement from insurers and patients. The person in this role will work across billing follow-up, denial management, and collections while maintaining accurate account documentation and supporting clean claim resolution.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee assigned accounts receivable balances and take consistent action to reduce aging and secure timely payment.
• Investigate denied, rejected, and partially paid claims to determine root causes and move accounts toward resolution.
