Medical Director-Hospitalist Service

WellSpan Health, a sophisticated medical community in south central Pennsylvania is seeking a Medical Director to provide medical leadership for the Hospitalist Service, its physicians, staff, and patients at WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. **Expectations of Medical Director include:**

+ Provides direct patient care as a member of the Hospitalist team, as well as clinical leadership and overall supervision of all practitioners associated with the team.
+ Ability to collaborate with physician, nursing and administrative leadership to support system objectives.
+ Develop and implement quality improvement goals and objectives that align with WellSpan Health strategy.
