Job Description
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry (PSY)
Base salary:
-
Pay Range $313,995.53 to $502,392.85 - Yearly performance-based pay Increases up to 7%
- Relocation - $30,000 + as needed.
- Sign on - 10%-15% of base salary - negotiable
- Retention - 10% of annual salary at 2-year mark
- Educational assistance: ISH, NHSC, AK Sharp Program
- PTO: 6.5 weeks annually + 400 hours may be carried over/or payout of not used.
- PLUS: 13 Paid holidays
- CME: $5K + 5 Days
