In Partnership with the Senior Director of Population Health, the Medical Director of Population Health is responsible for helping guide the overall direction, coordination, and implementation of the Population Health Program for the Sturdy Health Medical Group (SHMG).

In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to further develop Sturdy's Population Health initiatives, collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, and drive initiatives that enhance patient care and operational excellence.
