Job Purpose:


To effectively promote Servier's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, providing detailed product information and scientific benefits, thereby driving sales targets and enhancing patient care within the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Target Implementation

  • Meet requirements in terms of required: o Customer call rates Customer frequency
    Customer coverage
    Out of one-to-one contacts
    CPD activities

  • Display strong territory knowledge, including: Territory demographics
    Sales data and business plans
    Customer profiles
    Route Planning
    Workflow processes and system and administrative requirements
    Marketing intelligence.
  • Conduct customer sales analysis, implement structured call planning, and identify growth opportunities through effective segmentation and development strategies.
