About the role

We are currently looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist or Technician to join our Laboratory team on a permanent, part‑time basis.

This role is based at our Oamaru Laboratory and involves participation in a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekend shifts on a rotational basis, working collaboratively within a team and supporting shared responsibilities as required.

You will be willing to learn new skills and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You are well organised, detail oriented, and approachable, with a strong focus on quality and customer service. A high degree of accuracy and the ability to work autonomously are essential for success in this role.
