Medical Office Assistant - Telemedicine

**PRIMARY FUNCTION**: Our office in Monterrey provides remote assistance to our Medical Offices located in the United States. This role will provide initial intake information in preparation for a telehealth visit with a clinician which is essential to the assessment, promotion, maintenance and restoration of patient’s health and wellness.
**SCHEDULE**:
- Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm
**PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, México
- Language: Must be proficient in English and Spanish
- Experience: Previous customer service experience required
- Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Must have strong verbal communication skills.
