About The Role

Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast-paced clinic located at Direct Radiology Fairfield in a full-time capacity.

This role is integral to delivering high-quality patient care service trusted by our community and also requires flexibility to work across our Carlton and South Melbourne clinic, when required.

As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for

• Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner

• Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival

• Schedule appointments for patients and referrers

• Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required

• Enter and update patient registration details

• Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times
