Location: Remote ( based only) Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Review Specialist to join our remote Document Management Team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy in reviewing and handling sensitive medical documentation. The Medical Review Specialist will be responsible for document review, case creation, data entry, and redaction of PII/PHI, ensuring compliance and accuracy in processing patient medical records. Key Responsibilities:

Case Creation: Accurately input new medical cases into internal systems.

Document Review: Ensure all medical records include key information such as provider names, treatment details, and dates of service.

Redaction: Carefully review summaries and redact Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI).
