Clinical Governance and Quality Assurance --

• Clinical Oversight: Supervising all medical and clinical departments to ensure high standards of patient care and treatment.
• Quality Standard Maintenance: Ensuring compliance with national and international healthcare accreditation standards (such as NABH, JCI, or ISO).
• Policy Formulation: Developing, implementing, and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and clinical protocols for the hospital.
