Job Description

Sunrise Services, INC. is seeking a Med Tech for our Supported Living Program! 
About the Program:

The Supported Living Program (SL) provides community living services for adults with a wide range of disabilities and mental health challenges. The SL program promotes self-determination, independence, and competence for clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Read, understand and enter medication prescriptions into the computer with organization tracking
Provide quality assurance assistance with medication identification in accordance with the Medical Providers order
Review and enter accurate information and changes to the Medical Administration Record
Provide education and partnership to adjacent teams and clients
Assist clients to and from medical appointments
Administer medications to clients
