Orion Orthopedic & Spine is a Texas-based pain management clinic supporting car accident patients through their recovery. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant to join our growing remote team.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate and follow up with patients
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Perform patient triage calls
• Process referrals using Adobe
• Call facilities to obtain medical records and reports
• Assist with documentation and EHR updates
• Provide general administrative support

Requirements

• Experience in the medical field (required)
• Virtual Assistant or customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
