Job Description

Our client is seeking for a dedicated and experienced Medior Desktop Support Specialist (m/f/x) to join the team in Amsterdam, covering a 6-month sick leave for a senior team member. This is a second-line desktop support role, requiring a strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide second-line desktop support for our users in Amsterdam
Manage and resolve tickets through ServiceNow
Perform laptop and mobile phone replacements
Transition from AirWatch to Intune for device management
Ensure seamless operation of Windows 10-11 and Mac systems
Utilize Microsoft 365 for various support tasks and user management
Requirements
Proven experience in desktop support roles, particularly with Windows 10-11 and Mac systems
Familiarity with Intune for device management (highly beneficial)
Proficiency in Microsoft 365
