- Coordinate repairs, direct production activities and preventative maintenance with the Maintenance department.
- Coordinate and direct activities of unionized employees working throughout the Melt Shop, Caster, and Steel Yard; on occasion direct Maintenance personnel.
- Supervision of unionized employees, including communication of job expectations, planning, training, coaching/counseling, performance and attendance management, and issuing discipline.
