POSITION: Member Experience Staff

The Member Experience Staff role helps create a welcoming, engaging, and enjoyable club atmosphere for members and guests of all ages. This position supports the execution of year-round events, activities, and programs by helping host experiences, lead pre-planned activities, assist with setup and breakdown, and provide excellent member service throughout each event.
 

Working closely with the Director of Member Experience, this role helps bring the club calendar to life through family events, children’s programming, adult socials, seasonal celebrations, themed activities, and daily club experiences. This is a hands-on, high-energy position focused on execution, engagement, and hospitality rather than event planning.
